Our direction

Mission and vision

Mission

Help teenagers make informed career choices

We provide objective, accessible and practical information about real work, education and possible career paths. We aim to reduce the impact of unreliable sources, information gaps and external pressure on a teenager’s choice, helping prevent unnecessary psychological strain, anxiety and stress.

We also work to introduce modern approaches to early identification and prevention of deteriorating emotional well-being among children and adults during the full-scale war.

Vision

A society where young people choose their path consciously

We envision a Ukrainian society where every teenager has reliable information, support and space for an independent career choice, while schools, families and communities can notice emotional difficulties early and act to protect the mental well-being of children and adults.

Events and engagement

Our first two-day career-guidance event

In 2026, approximately 80 teenagers met five speakers at the Ukrainian-Danish Youth House in Kyiv. On the second day, they completed practical assignments reviewed by an expert jury.
